We've recently lost one of the most beloved rock stars to cardiac arrest... Tom Petty passed away October 2nd. The Puget Sound Heart and Stroke Walk is coming up Saturday, October 14th and we thought this would be a good time to invite the American Heart Association to our show to tell us more about our hearts, their health, how to protect them and what to do in case of a heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest.
