Masterminds, retreats, and conferences are some of my favorite things to attend.  Always be learning is a motto of mine.

This past weekend I sat in on Stacey Brown Randall's Reverse Goal Setting Retreat that she hosts for her group coaching students each year.  While I'm no novice to goal setting, there were a few gold nuggetts I took away from the weekend.

The one that's lastest the longest in my brain is what I'm sharing with you today.  The episode may be short and sweet, but the ramifications of the message are long lasting and meaningful.
