George E. Bailey was a man of many talents who knew what he wanted—but that wasn’t a good thing.
When he ran away with his wife’s sister, leaving six children behind, people were angry.
A short while later, George would be dead for completely different reasons.
Episode Correction
Early in the episode, I recommend that you should all read A Good Marriage, believing it was the same as the movie, 1922.
If you’ve read A Good Marriage, you might be rightfully confused.
Apparently the Kindle version of the story also has 1922 as a part of it, and my Kindle decided to just jump straight to 1922, so what I read wasn’t A Good Marriage at all. 😆
These are, in fact, two different stories in one digital book.
