When we talk about relationships we often refer to romantic relationships, husband, boyfriends, partner. but there are other relationships in our lives that can enhance our lifes or can be detrimental to our wellbeing. 

No one gets to decide when enough is enough for YOU. 

When somebody mistreat you, when somebody gaslight you, when somebody takes you for granted, when somebody disrespect you, when somebody doesn't take in consideration your feelings, when somebody break promises constantly, when somebody lie to you over and over again, all those escenarios are abusive! and it IS abuse even if the abuser doesn’t know it or understand their behavioral effects or choices regardless if the person is your romantic partner, your cousin, or your co-worker. 
 You are NOT an awful person for enforcing boundaries. Keep reminding yourself that the boundaries are a healthy choice FOR YOUR SPIRIT AND SOUL.

I promise you, you feel empowered once you set your boundaries, and your self esteem will get a boost. you will feel confidente, and self assured.  Learn to love them from a distance, and wish them well.

Remember your happiness, peace and harmony are your responsibility.
