Can you imagine getting up every day doing what you believe in and knowing what you're doing is changing lives? It just sounds pretty amazing, right? That's what happens when you love your business! You can still make it happen whether you're just starting out or in a complicated relationship with your business.

In this episode, I am chatting with Susan Elizabeth about her journey from secretly working on her business while at her full-time job to taking the leap to create a business that serves her in just six months!

Susan Elizabeth is a Latina mom and business owner. She started her journey as a side gig while working full-time, but little did she know it would become her passion! She is a Certified Online Business Manager who loves details, planning, and keeping things on track. Seeing how rapidly WOC entrepreneurs are growing, she is dedicated to being the support they need in the back end to achieve the level of success they desire! Operations-Made Easy is made up of passionate, diverse women who love supporting other passionate diverse women with the back-end of their business!

Highlights from my conversation with Susan include:

  • Taking the leap to full-time entrepreneurship (2:57)
  • Jump starting a business in six months (6:13)
  • Pivoting into a business you love (7:15)
  • Loving the people on your team (10:27)
  • Being uncomfortable with marketing (12:24)
  • Susan's advice for the mom ready to take a leap (14:22)

Are you feeling less skeptical about creating a business you love? As always, I would love to hear how Susan's story in this episode has inspired you to lead behind the scene!
