On today's show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy we opened the show with Kimberly Frey, a finalist in the 2009 Weight Watchers Inspiring Stories of Change contest. Amazingly the Fat Guy is being followed by thousands of people who are interested in what he does each day. Who would have thought? Anyone can follow the Fat Guy's exploits on Twitter.
