We also had on regular contributor and Senior Editor of Eating Well Magazine Nicci Micco. Nicci explained to us the difference between farm raised Atlantic salmon and wild salmon. She said that health-wise eating most fish and especially salmon is good for you. But from an environmental perspective eating wild salmon is probably the way to go.
