Pete chronicles his inspirational story about how he was depressed and fed up with his ballooning weight, he hit rock bottom then did something drastic about it. He lost 40 pounds in about 3 months by eliminating some very American food ingredients from his diet like sugar and white flour along with fried foods, rich sauces and desserts. If the Fat Guy did that he would starve. Then he supercharged his exercise workout with the help of a trainer and then like magic he lost the weight.
