On tonight's show, Doctor Fitness and the Fat Guy get the skinny about the Dr Gerald Musante's World Renowned Weight Loss Clinic and book called "Structure House" The Structure House Weight Loss Plan is rocketing up the best seller lists because it is less a diet and more about strategies and tools you can use to permanently change your poor eating behaviors and your relationship with food. Dr Musante spent a lot of time patiently explaining to the fat guy tips and techniques he could use to lose weight. A great weight loss tip from Dr Musante was to eat only three meals a day. Now we have had bariatric surgeons on the show before but Lisa was the first bariatric survivor to join us. She has lost 75 pounds and kept it off for almost 2 years now. Here are a few of Dr. Fitness' secrets about how to avoid a bad sunburn...Number 1, use lots of sunscreen a minimum of spf 30. Put on more than you think you need and reapply if you go in the water. Number 2, if you have fair skin wear a big brimmed hat and sunglasses. And Number 3, stay out of the sun during peak times of 10am and 2pm.
