And what would a Dr fitness and the Fat Guy show be without a visit from Sweet Susi May from Fit Sugar. Susi shared lots of cool tips for gear that you should check out like a new bike, a new backpack, and some other stuff. She also had some exercise tips about including walking up hill as part of your exercise routine.
