Here are a few of Dr. Fitness' tips on how to avoid these common exercise mistakes. Number 1, failure to set goals - don't just show up at the gym and try to wing a workout - have a plan. Number 2, improper technique, pay close attention to your form when you are strength training. this will give you better results, faster and help you avoid getting hurt. And Number 3, mix things up, a lot of people do the same routine over and over for weeks at a time - variety is the spice of life - your body gets used to the same routine so you have to challenge it differently in order to get good results.
