I spoke with Lise Fournier July 18, 2019 and she shared how her various decisions over her life have been lead by curiosity. Her love of learning and her keen observation and trust has brought her many places and have brought many things into her life. She has a business and science background and has done so many diverse jobs but they all sit in her toolbox of experience and also complement her some of her many loves like travel and cooking.

Lise's Bio
Lise Fournier, is native to NB but had a 20+ year hiatus where she was fortunate to live and travel throughout the world.  She started her post secondary studies at Dalhousie University and has never stopped: 18 years ago she completed a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition and went on to start a branch of the Canadian School of Natural in Moncton in 2004.  To say that she is passionate about health would be an understatement.  To her health is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, including all sentient organisms that share our blue planet.  We are one relates to the planet and the universe: there are no boundaries.  Every choice creates a positive or negative effect on the whole.  We all have the power to change our health status and world peace. These days she is creating healthy eating communities through the Bouctouche Farmers Market,  Bouctouche Slow Food Earth Market, Apprenti en Action: labo culinaire en alimentation (DFSE) and her community.  She lives in Riverview NB with her two canine companions.

Two of her favourite books which she recommends as essential reading: 1)  Four agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz as a spiritual practice 2) Little Soul in the sun by Neale Donald Walsh a beautiful book that explains to all ages why ‘stuff’ happens.
