Annie L. Breau was my guest June 3, 2019. We sat down and discussed how intuition has played out in her life over the years in her relationships, her work, her health and her mental health. She shares about how each part of her path has brought her to her perfect right now. Dealing with burnout and depression became a beautiful gift that helps her in her current role advocating and supporting people with mental health issues. 

Annie L. Breau’s Bio
Annie is a student of life, a lifelong learner of everything it has to offer – even her number one strength as per Gallup is ‘Learner’. She has a college diploma, a university degree and who knows someday she’ll probably obtain her masters as well. However, for the time being, she thrives on all the knowledge available to human-kind, from books, to podcast, videos, blogs...anything that connects her to the written word and feeds her soul. She’s currently a Silver Sister on the rise and she lives for constant growth, and positivity. She knows that we are meant to evolve, change and grow as a human-being and without it, we fade away. She is thankful for her journey of the past, of today, and whatever The Universe has in store for her tomorrow. She is very grateful for her life since she knows it always gets better in the end. We simply need to just breathe, believe, heal, learn and inspire; and give it time, since the sun also and always rises again every day – so should we.

Her first life awakening book at 24yrs of age was “The Saint, The Surfer & The CEO”, by Robin Sharma. Today, she currently has 10 books on the go pending on her flow; however, her latest go to has been “Emotional Advantage”, by Randy Taran. To simply add to her passion of learning, her latest book purchase was “Everything is Figureoutable” by Marie Forleo. When she’s not reading, you can find Annie spending quality time in nature with her husband Jon and their two cocker spaniel dogs, Marshal & Dice. She also ensures to always create beautiful memories, no matter how simple, with friends and family as well. She lives for today!
