Marks Lockhart was my guest June 28, 2019. We had a great discussion about how intuition shows up in his life and around him. From music to family to cooking to biking he has seen how it can make his life feel full of the right things while avoiding the pitfalls that can creep up around us. His observation of life and his ability to hack it is also a way he uses his intuition.

Marks Lockhart Bio.
A husband and father of two, Marks grew up listening to a wide range of musical styles, from Paul Simon to Kiss to Black Flag. After graduating from high school, he relocated from Halifax to Toronto, to attend the Humber College music program. After his first audition in the "real world", Marks got the gig with Toronto Swing Punk pioneers Big Rude Jake. An ideal fit with his newly acquired jazz appreciation from school AND the love of punk music. Marks has lived and worked in NYC, attended the Banff School of fine Arts on scholarship to study with Kenny Aronoff. He has enjoyed freelance work, extensive touring, recording and television shows with artists such as Emm Gryner, Big Sugar, Johnny Favourite, Tim Mech's Peepshow, Buck Tingley, Jess Klein, Andy Stochansky.
Now calling Moncton NB home, Marks is active in the transportation industry as Sales Manager at East Coast International Trucks. He and his wife Nat are also in business together as Nat&Marks www.natandmarks.com
