I spoke to Liam Cavanagh on Aug 18, 2020. It was wonderful to discuss life and hockey and mental health with Liam. His ability to share his story and experiences was so powerful and profound. The words he shares and his insights looking backwards on his experiences were so wise. Taking care of your head can make you so successful in every aspect of your life. How true!. The power of sharing our story and how doing the next thing to not give up is so important. Liam has clear vision on things that can change and impact others. It was a pleasure to let him share his passion.
